12 yr old Riggs is in need of a new home because the young child in the home is severely allergic to cats. Riggs is a sweet boy who weighs 12 lbs. Riggs is very affectionate and loves attention.  He is outgoing and will come up to people that visit. His owner says this about him: “The future home for Riggs would be a loving home that would love his talkativeness.  He sometimes thinks he’s a dog and will play fetch and chase after laser pointer light.  He’s a family cat, and definitely favors males over females – loves my husband more than myself.  Love the sit by the window and feel the breeze and watch the birds that are around.
